Inviting 1 bedroom apartment in Hornchurch

Location good but outstanding issues re.money taken from account Positive: The location Negative: The settee was very uncomfortable. The rain shower attachment overflowed onto the bathroom floor, we had to mop up alot of water on the floor because drainage so slow. There was a slow leak from cold water kitchen tap. The bedroom furniture was falling apart and there were dried crusty remains in one of the side drawers, so didn’t use that item. The cleaning staff hadn’t finished cleaning by our check in time of 3 o’clock so couldn’t get into the apartment until 4 o’clock. Cleaning staff were friendly. Arrived home on Sunday to check my account and found I had been charged £725 instead of £433. I’m still waiting for a call back to explain what has happened and for a refund. Not too sure why I had to give a copy of my passport to them either ???
