Spacious 2-Bedroom Apartment in Canary Wharf

Positive: 4 day stay The dining room and kitchen had been upgrade the location was more Tower Hamlets than canary wharf but that was ok Negative: The bathroom and bed linen was appalling. The door handle to the bathroom was falling off and could have left someone locked inside. The towel rail was hanging off the walls by screws, the bathroom light switch was at the height of the top of the door frame and difficult to reach. The bed linen was poor quality and dirty bed linen was left in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. No tea towels or functional cleaning materials in the kitchen. I sent the management of the property 2 emails with photos, message on the app and a phone call over 3 days and only got a reply saying they would pass it on to maintenance. Deeply disappointing and not the standard I have had from booking.com
